Wear it to Win it Terms and Conditions

The prize draw is open to all UK and Ireland residents over the age of 18. Employees of the House of Fraser (Stores) Ltd, their families, agencies, or anyone connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

Participants must submit a photograph of themselves to the House of Fraser fan page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/House-of-Fraser/151347148100 wearing a product (excluding Biba fine jewellery) from the new House of Fraser Biba collection taken in a House of Fraser store. No purchase necessary.

Participants are responsible for their own photograph upload. House of Fraser or its representatives will not accept responsibility for the upload of the photograph or upload the photograph on a participant’s behalf.

Participants must then tag themselves in the photograph and include the name of the store where the image was taken in the photograph caption.

For any photographs that you submit, you grant us with a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content, images, videos and/or incorporate such content, images, videos into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

Any attempt by participants to deliberately photograph any of the House of Fraser store or non-related Biba merchandise may lead to the participant’s removal from the House of Fraser store and their prize draw entry will be void.

Entries that are deemed offensive, indecent or otherwise unsuitable will be removed and considered void.

Entrants accept that, if they win a prize, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for promotional purposes.

The prize draw will run from 09:00 until 11:59pm each day Thursday 16 September – Monday 20 September 2010 (inclusive)

Only one entry per person per day. Entrants may not enter more than once in a day by using multiple photographs. Any entrant who does so, or uses any device or system to circumvent this condition, may be disqualified and their entries disqualified.

Five prizes will be offered daily. The prize consists of the product from the Biba collection that the participant has selected to wear. Where entries are found to be containing more than one Biba product, only one item will be awarded as chosen by House of Fraser.

Each draw will take place daily at 9.30am between Friday 17 and Tuesday 21 September 2010 and will be supervised by an independent observer. The prize will be awarded to the first five eligible entries drawn at random. The winner will be notified by a Facebook.com message to their Facebook.com account inbox on the day that the draw takes place. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they have amended their Facebook.com account privacy settings to enable the communication from House of Fraser and its representatives.

Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.

The prize must be claimed by 11:59pm on 1 October 2010. In the event that the prize is not claimed, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn at random.

We reserve the right to reclaim the prize awarded if customers are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as determined by House of Fraser. In such instances, House of Fraser will terminate the customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion.

House of Fraser reserves the right to cancel, reclaim or refuse this promotion at its own discretion.

House of Fraser reserves the right to change the prize. The prize is non -transferable and there are no cash or other alternatives in exchange for the prize. However, in the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of the same or higher value.

House of Fraser reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
