Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Wonderful Tights I highly recommend these opaque tights, the quality is great they are well worth the price. Strong but beautifully soft they will last you a very long time - you will never want to buy cheap opaque tights again. on a price-per-wear basis they surely cant be beaten. I find the size large absolutely fine for my 5' 10 height and size 14 figure. February 20, 2012

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous Dahling Found them some years ago when opaques became de rigeur. Daughter borrowed them. Somehow fell & tripped. Cut her leg but tights remained intact! What better value? Would prefer not to wear anything else black opaque. Recommended them to mother in law in neutral shade, probably too heavy for certain occasions, almost like dancers tights, but definitely covered the varicose veins and she said they felt great.
