To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Great T-shirt bra I bought this bra in every colour and I am so amazed how nice shape it makes :). Size is perfect as usual and quality is very high! January 24, 2012
I bought one in every colour I find it very difficult to find plain, day-to-day bras in my size. So when I found this one I bought it in every colour. The main reason I like are: - The straps are slim, unlike other larger cup bras - The range of sizes makes sure you can find one that fits perfectly - It creates a lovely shape because of the molding of the cups. And does not "boost" and draw attention! - It's very smooth and the shape can be worn under a variety of top styles and necklines - It's very durable (I just stick it in the washing machine and it comes out fine every time!) It's not stunningly beautiful in itself, but it definitely gives me a helping hand. June 10, 2011
