Nursem was created by co-founder Antonia, a paediatric nurse who suffered from sore, cracked and bleeding hands. The essential and constant hand washing to keep patients free from infection got so bad she wasn't able to work for weeks in 2009. Fighting the problem that affects many nurses, Antonia and her husband Jonny began finding a natural hand cream nurses could use throughout their shifts. After many years, the brand created therapeutic formulas for its hand creams and washes.
