Leadtimes will vary depending on your location;

• Within M25 boundries: up to 14 days
• Outside M25 but within Home Counties: up to 16 days
• England & Wales mainland: up to 21 days
• Scotland mainland: up to 28 days

An offer of delivery will normally be made within 5-10 days of placing your order. The initial offer of delivery will be for a specific day with a 4 hour delivery window. On the agreed day the delivery company will contact you with up to an hours' notice of their arrival within the time slot agreed. Should the initial delivery slot offered be unsuitable, the delivery company will revert with an alternative delivery slot when next in your area.

Please note:

Delivery is only available to mainland England, Scotland and Wales, and does not include delivery to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Customers will be able to cancel orders up to 48 hours prior to delivery. If the order is delivered damaged or faulty we are suggesting that the customer initially contacts the customer service number below;
