Delivery will be through our specialist furniture provider at www.houseoffrasermadetoordersofas.co.uk which is operated under licence by A. Shares & Sons Ltd (Company Number 323778). Your contract of sale will be with A. Shares & Sons Ltd. 

 

Delivery timescale for this product is 4 weeks

You will be contacted by telephone within 48 hours of placing the order and all paperwork including terms and conditions of sale will be sent out in the post. Once your goods arrive at the local distribution centre you will be called to arrange a suitable day of delivery. On the day delivery will be between 7.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday, you will receive a call one hour before delivery on your chosen day.

Our refund policy does not apply to furniture orders made on our website and you may only return furniture if you wish to cancel your contract with us, please see Cancellations for further details.
