Start and finish your day by making sure your skin is squeaky clean. The consistency of cleanser you use is down to personal preference, but balm cleansers suit nearly all skin types.
2. SERUM TIME
Serums help protect your skin from aggressors such as pollution and rays from your mobile phone and computer, as well as repairing damage such as wrinkles and pigmentation.
3. MAGIC MOISTURISERS
Oilier skins may not need a moisturiser on top of a serum, but if your skin still feels dry then apply - this will make sure your skin is hydrated all day.
4. ALL ABOUT THE SPF
Protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays is your skin’s best defence against ageing, so applying an SPF every day, even when the weather is anything but sunny, will be a massive help.
5. EASY EXFOLIATION
Sloughing away dead skin encourages younger skin to the surface. Do it at night, after cleansing, so the new skin isn’t exposed to the sun. Exfoliation pads are quick, gentle and effective.
6. NIGHT, NIGHT CREAM
End your day by massaging in a luxurious night cream. Drier skin will benefit from something richer while oilier skins will be happy with a product that has a lighter, gel texture.
