Make-up artist to the stars James O’Riley has beautified everyone from Helena Christensen to David Beckham. He’s also the mastermind behind this eye-catching look, created especially for House of Fraser. Here’s how to do it yourself.
1. Prep and prime
Apply a primer all over your face and onto your eyelids to even out your complexion and ensure your foundation and eye colour stay put.
3. Outer shadow
Then take a navy blue shadow, and, using your ring finger, blend outwards and underneath your eye.
4. Coat your lashes
Finish with a coating of black mascara. Apply from root to tip to elongate the lashes. Just tissue off any excess on the wand so application is minimal.
