THE CREATION Perfumer Christine Nagel has created a new interpretation of the Hermès chypre perfume: Barénia Eau de Parfum Intense. The captivating intensity and sensuality of this new expression infuse the fragrance with a femininity steeped in mystery.
THE OLFACTORY NOTES True to the elegance of a classic chypre perfume, Barénia Eau de Parfum Intense amplifies the softness of butterfly lily and the depth of oakwood. Leathery notes evoke Barénia leather, harmoniously underlining the intensity of a patchouli absolute and creating a unique and captivating signature.
THE OBJECT The bottle, created by Philippe Mouquet and inspired by the Collier de Chien bracelet, is tinted with an amber gradient, echoing the depth of this eau de parfum intense. Its gentle elliptical curves balance out the strength of the pyramidal studs with their domed sides.
THE HERMÈS DETAIL At the heart of the jewel-like Barénia bottle is one final stud, shaped into the base of the glass.
THE ETHICS The 100 ml, 60 ml and 30 ml bottles of Barénia Eau de Parfum Intense can be replenished using the 125 ml refill (sold separately).
