The high Dutch Barn styled roof and feature gable makes this a wonderfully distinctive garden building. The wide double doors, with padbolt, ensure easy access into the building and the large opening storm resistant side window lets in plenty of light. The cladding is 12mm slow grown, very high grade FSC approved pine on sturdy 34mm square framing. Mineral roof felt, a fixing kit and assembly instructions are provided. It is finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for your own top coat immediately on installation, this could be a paint or stain. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
