Lonicera 'Honey Baby' brings classic cottage garden fragrance to even smaller gardens or patios. This compact honeysuckle climber is specially bred for containers, small spaces and modern courtyards, and is a clever twist on an old favourite.
Producing masses of creamy yellow flowers with a sweet, heady scent, 'Honey Baby' flowers over an impressively long season from early summer through to autumn. You'll get months of vertical colour and fragrance, without the worry of it running riot.
It pairs beautifully with small obelisks or trellis panels in pots, or can be planted near arches, railings or fencing to soften and scent a smaller space. Grow it with companion plants like lavender, salvia or heuchera for a pollinator-friendly display.
This honeysuckle is easy to care for and highly rewarding. It holds a tidy, bushy shape without the need for constant pruning. Simply trim it back after flowering to keep it looking neat.
Hardy, disease tolerant and extremely adaptable, it's happy in a variety of soils and light levels, and once it's settled, it will flower reliably year after year.
