• FF TURBO PLUS foam: FF TURBO PLUS is ASICS’ newest “superfoam”, also used in their Metaspeed racing shoes, and it forms the main slab directly underfoot in the Superblast 2’s midsole.

• FF BLAST PLUS ECO cushioning: Under the FF TURBO PLUS layer sits FF BLAST PLUS ECO, an updated version of FF BLAST PLUS.

• Engineered woven:: ASICS replaces the racier upper of v1 with a higher quality engineered woven or asymmetric mesh upper that feels more structured and more like a daily trainer.

• Gusseted tongue and improved heel lock: A gusseted tongue helps keep the tongue in place and improves midfoot lockdown.

• ASICSGRIP outsole: Superblast 2 uses ASICSGRIP rubber on the outsole, with more effective coverage and traction than the first version.
