BEFORE APPLICATION

1. Smooth, to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and plump the skin. Using your thumb and index finger, perform small pinching movements along the smile lines and forehead line, then smooth. Repeat three times.
2. Firm, to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Use the thumb and four other fingers to perform deep pinching movements along the jawline and on the cheeks. Repeat three times.

AFTER APPLICATION Inspired by Kobido, an ancestral Japanese massage technique, this smoothing technique was designed for the products in the LE LIFT skincare line. It involves performing deep smoothing movements, in sets of three, on one half of the face using the palm of the hand, from the base of the neck to the forehead.

These movements are then repeated on the other half of the face.
