Warm the product in your hands, then dab a small amount on each cheek as well as on the forehead. Using both hands, smooth over the face in an upwards motion from the centre outwards.

First, warm the product between your fingers, then apply it to areas that catch the light: the top of the cheekbones and brow bone. • Apply pressure to the sinuses using the thumbs, then to the eyes using the palms of the hands.
• Continue by massaging the temples in a circular motion.
