Clarks' Melbury Hi Chukka Boots set a tumbled leather upper on a chunky rubber outsole, giving the ankle-height style a rugged stance unlike a traditional chukka. A lace-up front and flat heel keep the shape steady underfoot, while moc-toe stitching runs across the vamp. The leather stays pliable from the first wear, softening quickly with little rubbing.
