Care Instructions:

Punch Bag & Boxing/Punch Mitts: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth after use. Do not machine wash, soak, or submerge in water. Air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat. Use a mild sports deodorizer on the interior of the mitts to maintain freshness.

Hand Wraps: Machine washable (cold/gentle cycle recommended; wash inside a mesh laundry bag to prevent tangling). Line dry naturally. Do not iron or bleach.
