Full-body resistance work gets safer with the Fitness-Mad Safety Resistance Trainer, where a latex tube sits inside a protective outer sleeve. Moulded handles at each end give you a secure grip. There's 120 cm of tube and 155 cm from handle to handle, so you've got plenty of length to work with.
Product Highlights
- Outer sleeve contains the tube if it snaps, cutting your risk of recoil injury
- The sleeve also helps the inner tube last longer
- Door anchor slots into a doorframe with no drilling for cable-machine-style pulling and pressing
- 12-page guide covers 19 exercises, so you don't need to write your own plan
- Compact, lightweight format packs into a suitcase without taking up much room
- Contains latex, so not suitable for anyone with a latex allergy
Best For
- Home workouts without a cable machine or gym membership
- Hotel room sessions on holidays and work trips
- Physiotherapy and posture work as your strength returns
