For the holidays, Givenchy pays tribute to its heritage with a new limited-edition makeup collection. Givenchy unveils its eyeshadow palette Le 9 with a new exclusive harmony inspired by the magic of Christmas lights in Paris.

LE 9.16 Its nine ultra-pigmented eyeshadows in various shades – from warm brown to nude, including gold, soft camel, and luminous silver – offer the possibility of creating a multitude of looks that are as festive as they are captivating. Use the two-in-one applicator brush to create made-to-measure effects. Apply colour to the eyelid with the flat brush and blend in the shadow using the blender brush.

• FOR A NATURAL LOOK: Apply the lightest tone to the inner corner of the eye and then a neutral shade to the eyelid. Blend towards the outer corner to widen the eyes.
• FOR A SOPHISTICATED LOOK: Using the flat side of the brush, apply a single shade over the eyelid. Bring definition to the socket line with a matte mid-toned brown, then work a darker shade into the outer corner and blend.
• FOR A COUTURE LOOK: Apply the palette’s couture colour over the entire eyelid, all the way up to the brow bone, softening the edges with a neutral shade. Extend the pigment to the outer corner and apply a light, glittery shade to the inner corner to brighten the eyes. Define the upper and lower lash lines with a dark shadow to intensify the look.
