THE OBJECT As if cut from ice, the object is sleek and limpid. Frosted glass and brushed aluminium evoke the notion of frost covering the earth. The H on its base is a subtle reference to the ancestry of a now-cult object.

THE HERMeS DETAIL When held in the hand, the Terre d’Hermes Eau Givree bottle unveils its many details: the house’s iconic saddle nail and its metal shoulders that reflect the light. Created by designer Philippe Mouquet, it is inspired by a bottle in a travel vanity case that is conserved at the Emile Hermes museum.
