How to use: Press bullet to the lips using even pressure. Press lips together to blot.
Pro tips: For an opaque blurred effect, apply bullet directly to lips and then press in with fingers to diffuse colour. For a sheer blurred effect, apply Rouge Tendre to finger tips and then press into lips for a lighter application of colour.
