The MasterClass Teflon Non-Stick Roasting Tin features a removable, non-stick roasting rack to elevate roasts away from the pans base. This allows greasy juices to drip down, so you get all the rich roasted flavours and crisp textures, but with less fat.
The roasting pan measures 36 x 27.5 cm (14 x 10 inches) and is 7.5 cm (3 inches) deep. This makes it large enough for most large meats and poultry, so you can roast up crisp, succulent whole chickens and flavoursome, family-sized joints of beef.
You can also use this pan on any stovetop (excluding induction hobs), so it's ideal for quickly turning all those meaty juices into rich, tasty gravy.
