A wide, flat base gives you a steady platform underfoot in the Nike Air Max Alpha Trainer 6, a men's training shoe with a breathable engineered mesh upper and a visible Max Air unit in the heel. Asymmetrical lacing holds the lace-up fit snug across the top of your foot. It's finished with a durable rubber outsole that grips firmly.
Product Highlights
- Visible Max Air unit cushions every landing and keeps you balanced
- Engineered mesh keeps your feet cool as the intensity climbs
- Reinforced midfoot support adds stability through dynamic movement
- EVA foam midsole and cushioned insole soften impact rep after rep
- Multi-directional traction pattern grips when you change direction
Best For
- Moderate-weight strength and hypertrophy sessions
- Beginner gym-goers building a general training routine
- Functional fitness classes with box jumps and quick lateral work
- Choose your usual size, since half a size up feels less stable
