OTE Energy Gels have been designed to provide quick release energy during exercise and high-performance activities with added electrolytes to help replace crucial salts lost during sweating. One OTE Sports Energy Gel provides you with 20g of carbohydrates, enough energy for 20 to 30 minutes of moderate to intense exercise.
Available in a range of natural flavours and made with real fruit juice from concentrate, OTE gels not only taste great, but their liquid-like consistency ensures they are kind on the stomach.
