THREADED - These MTN E-Rings are'female, threaded for an M8 chain ring bolt. The M8 CR bolt threads directly into the 104BCD ring for better motor clearance.
New Narrow Wide tooth profile. Sram and Shimano 10, 11 and 12 speed compatible. 4 Bolt 104 BCD. Cold forged from high grade 4130 Cro-moly steel. Buy this if You want to change gearing/refresh the ring on your 104BCD E-MTN Spider please make sure your spider is 104BCD and NOT the smaller 94BCD.
