The Weighted Vest is a One-size fit, however, it comes with a fully adjustable attachment which makes it easy to adjust the vest to almost any size waist. This means the vest is accessible to all. Included within the weighted vest are 20x225gram weight pouches, which are extremely easy to be taken out and put back in, depending on what weight you desire the vest to be. (max. 4.5kgs) The Weighted Vest has been designed with your comfort in mind, which is why the weighted vest is fitted with Ultra-soft padding to guarantee no chaffing or discomfort! The vest is made up from 68% polyester, 25% neoprene, 5% nylon, 2% PVC.
