Originally created by the legendary Dick Bradsell whilst working at Fred's club in Soho, it was intended as a twist on a Singapore Sling, inspired by Dicks own childhood growing up in the Isle of Wight.
Served over crushed ice, it's a cocktail that oozes adult class in spades, whilst taking a small part of your senses back to picking berries as a child. Sit back and sip on this delicious autumn cocktail, as the oak trees turn golden around you, and the squirrels playfully dart through the foliage in search for newly fallen acorns.
