As with the existing 36mm and 45.5 mm models, the Seastar 1000 Quartz 40mm models take their name from their water resistance certification of 1,000 feet, equivalent to 30 ATM or 300 metres. They offer uni-directional rotating bezels for reliable underwater-activity timing. Low-light legibility is further enhanced by the use of Super-LumiNova® on the watches’ hands and hour markers. The stainless steel bracelet can be changed using Tissot’s easy-to-use quick strap change system, giving the owner the opportunity to choose from a wide range of compatible Tissot straps and bracelets to personalise their watch, suiting their mood or any special occasion.
