The Cerasure ceramic non-stick coating is 3x stronger than others, requiring little oil for a healthier alternative and preventing food from sticking to the pan. For added convenience, the set is dishwasher safe, although hand wash recommended to maintain its finish, as well as suitable for all hob types, including induction. Cerasure ceramic coating is PFAS, PFAO, PTFE, lead and cadmium free - perfect for all levels of cooks. It's bonded steel base heats evenly with no hot spots, ensuring thoroughly cooked food.
