Designed in 1882, the design was originally created using wood blocks, which are now in the collection of the William Morris at Home Gallery. Morris' skilled team of printers would use up to 25 blocks per design in order to create his dense patterns. Brother Rabbit Sage wallpaper features beautifully entwined leaves and trees in cream and deep mustard yellow, with accents of light blush pink. Then hidden within the foliage, you will be able to find birds and brother rabbit, beautifully coloured in that same cream tone, found under multi-tonal sage leaves, all laid upon a deep sage background.
