The RX010 700C 11 Speed Disc Rear Road Wheel from Shimano is an economically priced wheel that still offers all the Shimano technology you would expect from the more expensive wheels. This wheel uses a 24mm high profile aluminium rim for improved dynamics and an easy-to-use centre-lock compatible hub. They are laced together using 28 stainless steel blades straight pull spokes laced 2-cross for improved lateral and torsional (power transmission) rigidity. The hub uses angular contact bearings designed to cradle the balls giving both radial and lateral support for superior strength and durability in real world riding conditions. They also offer precision bearing adjustment and easy maintenance. The bearings feature labyrinth and contact low-friction seals to effectively shut out water, mud and dirt without affecting rotational smoothness, meaning your wheels will roll smoother for longer no matter what the weather.
