The massive berries that arise from this stunning new variety could be the largest strawberries ever and unlike some other 'king sized ' fruits they are simply bursting with flavour too.
Sweet Colossus is a traditional June bearing strawberry so will yield most of it's bountiful harvest in early summer. The conical berries are sweet and juicy and often weigh more than 40g each. You'll get plenty of them too so overall yields will be very rewarding.
Grow this super new strawberry in a row in the garden or plant in containers but be sure to protect from blackbirds as they will love these jumbo strawberries almost as much as you.
Supplied as 12 plug plants which should be planted out as soon as the risk of frost has gone.
