Apply directly to the lips, from the centre outwards. Repeat application several times for more intense colour. For a perfectly defined look, line lips with LE CRAYON LÈVRES in a matching shade before applying ROUGE ALLURE VELVET, then apply the lipstick using the brush from the lip pencil.
