THE CREATION In 2017, Hermès invented a new perfuming technique with the Hermessence essence de parfum. The Musc Pallida Crème de Parfum pursues its quest for sensory appeal explored by Hermès perfumer Christine Nagel, drawing inspiration from ancestral rituals: “After oils, which are extremely tactile, I wanted to give fragrances a different sensory appeal.” THE TEXTURE The Musc Pallida Crème de Parfum is a body cream with an enveloping texture. It melts into the skin like a fragranced caress. The skin is left moisturized, nourished and softened.

OLFACTORY SIGNATURE The Crème expresses the warm, carnal alchemy between musks and powdery iris.

THE FORMULATION Composed of 91% ingredients like sweet almond, macadamia and argan oils, as well as shea butter and aloe vera extract, giving it a feeling of nourishing, moisturizing and soothing of your skin.

THE OBJECT The Musc Pallida Crème de Parfum is encapsulated in a frosted glass jar.

THE RITUAL The Crème de parfum can be worn alone or along with the Musc Pallida Essence de Parfum or any other Hermès fragrance to intensify and personalize the sillage.

Christine Nagel, creative director of Hermès Parfums, creates a new ritual. Inspired by unguent, perfume’s earliest form of expression, essence offers a concentration pushed to the extreme, and a second skin texture. The Essence de Parfum can be worn alone or under an Hermessence, to intensify its sillage and personalise its signature.
