Inside there are seven 400ml oval containers, two 250ml rectangular containers, three 200ml round containers and 10 100ml round containers. They're 100% reusable. Each container is made from durable BPA-free plastic. As well as allowing busy home chefs to prepare components for meals in advance, these containers are handy for reducing food waste. Use them to save leftovers from meals for another day, or preserve perishable ingredients for a little longer. With the different sizes included, they're also handy for carefully portioning out foods and ingredients. The containers can be stacked neatly, and they're fridge and freezer safe.
