Add bright evergreen colour to your garden containers, patios and sheltered borders with Coprosma 'Lemon and Lime'. Also known as Looking-Glass Plants, these compact shrubs produce glossy lime-green leaves with a central yellow splash, creating a fresh citrus look through the growing season.
The foliage is the real show, with shiny leaves that reflect the light beautifully, giving pots and border edges a smart, polished finish. As the weather cools, the colour can intensify and develop warm orange tints, helping the plants stay interesting beyond summer.
This variety grows well in patio pots and combines nicely with ornamental grasses and seasonal container plants. Use them to add structure, brightness and long-lasting foliage contrast to mixed displays.
Plant in free-draining compost or well-drained soil and place in a sheltered position. Water regularly while the plants establish, then avoid letting the compost become waterlogged. Treat as frost tender in colder areas and protect from hard winter weather, or move the pots somewhere more sheltered when temperatures drop.
