The massive berries that arise from this stunning variety could be the largest strawberries ever and unlike some other 'king sized ' fruits they are simply bursting with flavour too.
'Sweet Colossus' is a traditional June bearing strawberry so will yield most of its bountiful harvest in early summer. The conical berries are sweet and juicy and often weigh more than 40g each. You'll get plenty of them too so overall yields will be very rewarding.
This collection includes a 20 litre bag of Premium Professional Compost, a light, free-draining, nutrient-rich growing medium designed to give plants a strong, healthy start with steady feeding built in. It also comes with four stackable planters, allowing strawberries to be grown vertically to save space while creating a productive and attractive feature for patios, balconies or small gardens.
Supplied as a set of 12 jumbo plug plants, four stackable planters each measuring 36cm long x 12.5cm tall with three compartments, plus a 20 litre handy bag of Premium Professional Compost. Please note: This product cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland.
